RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We expect you'll be pleased with your purchase. However, if you would
like to return all or part of your order for exchange or refund, you
must do so within 30 days from the invoice date. All items must be unused
and in new condition and returned in the original packaging. Clothing
and gloves must be unused and unwashed. Videos and accessories must
be unopened. All returns and exchanges will receive prompt attention,
and we will make every effort to expedite the handling of your return
request. Please call or email our customer service representative as
soon as possible. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise
via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We do not accept C.O.D's. No snowboard,
boot, or binding is completely guaranteed. Once the item has been used
it can not be returned or refunded. The definition of “used”
is if the item is used other than on the floor of your living room.
Try boots on inside your house and do not go outside. ThermoFlex Liners
or boots with ThermoFlex Liners that have been “molded”
cannot be returned. The only exception would be a manufacturing defect.
To return merchandise call our customer service line at 1-970-513-7733
or e-mail
us to receive a return authorization number (R.A.).
Boots shipped in their original "Raichle","Deeluxe", or "Head" box without being inside another shipping box or if the original box is not returned are subject to a 10% restocking fee. DO NOT SHIP BOOTS IN THEIR ORIGINAL BOX WITHOUT PLACING THEM INSIDE ANOTHER SHIPPING BOX!
Any packages returned without an R.A. number VISIBLE
on the outside of the package will be rejected and returned to sender.
