    Nice! It was partly cloudy here too, caught just a couple glimpses... Still pretty cool though.

    We could see from our backyard. My wife bought some special glasses from a local science store and made some other contraptions to view with. Pretty cool and my kids enjoyed. First time for me to observe eclipse. Good stuff!

    a Mistake really... I used a canon powershot S3 IS with a 12 power zoom, cost around $300 ...aimed right at the sun full zoom and when I downloaded into photos saw this refraction in the top half of the picture? I cropped it out and walla...
    really neat being able to see a full eclipse
    but of course, I use the Pseudomorph Style of Snowboarding

    I tried snapping a photo through the welding goggles. Didn't work out too well.
    Bring on the snow!!
