snowkiting / landkiting experience?
Hey, is anyone snow kiting or land kiting (i.e., with a longboard or something similar)?
I'm thinking it might be fun to get a small kite to use with my Dirtsurfer on the beach out here. Questions...how complex is it to learn/what's the learning curve like?
I wouldn't want to spend much on this -- will probably only play around with it a few times a year. Any thoughts on the minimum $$ required to get into this? The Oregon coast has consistent winds in the 10-15 mph range. I'd consider a wing as well as a kite, but the wings look like they run a lot more.
