Any tax people out there that want to answer a question for me?

I have a tax question that I don't quite understand, and can use a little help. I've got plenty of armchair advice, looking for something that won't get me audited

I've tried some tax forums, but trying to get answers is difficult.

If you can reference the Title 26 section involved, and are willing to take a shot at understanding legal terminology involved in the pertaining definitions I might be able to help.
