Big Bear PA? Comments

Since MTcreek, NJ appears to be short of the snow belt, I have been looking at weather reports of Plattekill (NY) and Big Bear (PA). I was considering taking a trip to Big Bear (1 hour from Middletown, NY).

Comments on this resort? I like extreme Carving so resorts with steep trails with wide trails preferred.

Hey it's Ralph. big bear should be called Little bear, it is a small pleasant, family place, similar in size maybe to Mt Peter. I am only familiar because a friend has a house there.fine for the kiddies or learning, but South at MC offers a little more I'd say.camelback is a better option.but skip all that and go to Vermont.
