Met Freddy and talked with him at NES. He's a super nice guy and an incredible rider. Made me feel like I was moving in slow motion.
Here's a pic of him mute grabbing his board and giving the camera a thumbs-up during a low heelside at NES. I like the shot because the mute grab makes the body position is wrong for a heelside carve. That is to say in order to grab like that his chest has to rotate in the opposite direction for the turn he is making.
Again really nice guy. Look forward to riding with him again sometime.
