So where in Mo are you? Wife & I get to St Louis once in a while for short track ice skating competitions. Might be back in early Feb.

In Waynesville... about half way between St Louis and Springfield on 44. We're in St Louis pretty often so let me know your plans. Would be cool to see you again Brad! How's your son getting along these days?
The St Louis Silver Skates meet is Feb 4-5 Don't know if we're going because Dawn doesn't want to risk getting hurt at a short track meet just before heading to the long track Masters meet in Milwaukee. I might go and skate just to keep some of our other young skaters company.
Joe is doing well. Thanks for asking. If you didn't know... you couldn't tell he had the stroke (other than the huge crescent scar on his head you can sometimes see). He is still a bit weak on the left side and his endurance is lacking... but he gets around very well and all else seems 100% In December he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He has some good job prospects in the nuclear power industry... but solid offers are not there. One plant where he interned told him they do want him but cannot extend offer at the moment.
So Stan... is there any carving going on in the St Louis area? If so, it has got to be every bit as good as here in arctic Iowa.![]()

Hope you guys don't let that event go LCI ...
