Just returned from my 1st trip to Rincon, Puerto Rico. Epic for a new surfer. Suddenly, Aspen Highlands doesn't seem so steep compared to a 10ft. swell at Maria's. The Road to Happiness exceeded expectations all around!!

so Cool to go on Safari and have Waves to ride 10 ft. at Rincon is big stuff
I really notice how my Boarding keeps my core centered for going after waves when I can... though the arms take a beating the first couple days trying to paddle for hours... heres a shot of Rincon going off

    !! agnubawoC

    indeed

That second wave of the video is almost impossible to believe. (Slater?) must've been worked 4-5 seconds in that collapsing foam vortex, and still he came out smiling!!

Hard to imagine how they're going to take tube riding much farther.

Also, guys are now paddling into 40-50 ft+ deep-water reef monsters that would have been considered strictly tow-in a very few years ago.

The outer edge of athleticism and guts!!

    Cheers

Never saw kudzu either. No kudzu, no goats!! Everybody knows that. Only use for goats is kudzu control!!

Maybe they're mountain goats? Yeah, that's it. They must be mountain goats!

Don't know if mountain goats surf, but they've got the balance thing down pat!
