Had a ball riding pow but my favorite part was still getting to visit and ride with all the WtF'rs. Genuine people passionate about they do, doesn't get any better than that. Hope you all get some good carving in before WTF is over.

howdy all
well, was hoping there wasnt too much pow, but there was at least three
inches of new and should have brought the softies. foggy and snowing in
the morning and later in the day some sunshine and wind. first few runs
powder over groom was smooth butter. very light crowds, i think everyone
was burnt out from yesterday. pretty tough riding with the fog and
bumped up snow. day 6 of wtf still a fun day.
rode my 165amt from 9 till 1...

Back home and a list of chores to greet me for tomorrow. Alex dropped me off at the Castlegar airport and wouldn't you know it cancelled again ! After rebooking and clearing customs a call over PA looking for medical assistance Alex responded and did CPR on a heart attack victim, no defib in Castlegar airport ( but they had them in the chalet at Whitefish!). Ambulance finally arrived to transport but no vital signs. He was kind of bummed after that. A memorable trip for sure he was also pretty amused by the collection of internet carvers he met and loved dropping into those back tree runs. Thanks for posting the pics Shred and the personal tour of the best carving runs i've ever seen in my life.

What a day makes.. went from snow storm and powder to waking up to Blue sky and Sunshine.. Made for soft groomer but the temp was cold so it held up for most of the day! just a awesome blue bird day! Thanks to all for coming out and riding! hope to see you again next year..off to the ECES.

Last day is done. WTF 2012 is over. Another great week we had it all this week. It was great seeing old friends and meeting new ones. Thanks for coming out this year and keep us in your plans next year.

last day of wtf 2012 beautiful bluebird morning with soft cords. it was fun
riding with allee, kinpa, cuban, shred, lowrider, slopetool, pusbag and the
whitefish crew. this year we had some epic groomers and some epic pow
and some epic goodtimes. hope to see all of you at wtf 2013...

little snow tonight. groomers should be really good tomorrow.

howdy all
super high overcast, perfect firm groomers, snow starts about noon, one
plus inch by 2pm, after lunch keeps snowing and by 3pm its bumped up,
cutting thru the chops till the end of my day at 4pm. big mistake riding
with angry rick, put me in a bad funk with his ranting, made a great
carving day 'bleep'ed up. tried all day to get back in a good mood.
i will avoid him the rest of the season. whitefish crew give him the hint
that i'm the lonewolf and likes to ride alone and he almost hit me today.
also people bombing toni matt pass me then stops in front of me (wtf!).
pushed it hard today and work tomorrow will be a good rest. forcast is
rain/snow next few days.

First one: I was actually riding down Russ's Street when I got this one, but I think it's pretty cool.... the sun did come out!
Second one: Cuban and Shred riding the chair.... I can't really get good action shots with my camera, so this is just another one that I thought was cool! (no sun!)
Third and final: Sun again! me alone on the quad

howdy cuban you did not miss much... 8 inch plus of creamy thick pow.
first few runs pow over groom was sweet. did a hellroaring run and found
some knee deep stuff. snowing all morning and a little on the wet side, i
got soaked by noontime, best powday so far. got home and it was raining
in town and went to the post office to pick up blueb's yonex 161 carbon,
racy looking thing, looks like a hard pack sl board.
rode my amp5 softies from 9 till 1...
