I'm sure You and Fin could find something tasteful to put on there.

    old name/new plate

Nice work Fin! Call it what it is., an "anti-chatter, disco platter"

    aka: the "Disco Platter"

.... the holes around the outside are for the disco lights right?

    It's like a bomb...

    BOMBARDINO

It means "It's like a bomb!" Bombardino is also a drink popular in Italy during the winter, especially in the ski resorts.

    Silencer

It's a Silencer, as it suppresses the vibrations the rider feels from the board's movement

    OR

a Liberator (the B-24 bomber) because it liberates the board to carve without the restriction of the riders mass and bindings.

    Or

    Blind them with technical jargon
The Isocline - "A line connecting points having the same slope." The plate keeps the rider's feet on the same slope while the board arcs beneath.

well, I actually liked the happy fun plate name.

but I'll offer this, since you have the bishop you could run with a catholic/orthodox theme

the bomber constantine, makes some sense due to what it's for
    " The boy's name Constantine \c(o)-nsta-

ntine, con-stan-tine\, also used as girl's name Constantine, is pronounced KAHN-stan-teen. It is of Latin origin, and its meaning is "constant, steadfast". From Constantinus, which is derived from Constans. The form Constant was popular among the Puritans as a virtue name. Constantine the Great, the fourth-century emperor, made Christianity the official state religion of the Roman Empire. Constantine was also the name of 11 Byzantine emperors, a royal name in Greece, and the name of three kings of medieval Scotland, where it is used as an Anglicised form of Conn (Gaelic). The Russian czars, in a bid to legitimize Russia as the new home of Orthodoxy, also used the name."

    New Plate Name

    The DETONATE PLATE
    From Webster: Detonate:
1- to explode with sudden violence.
2- to set off in a burst of activity.
    Tex almost had it right.

    How about...

Fin...How about packaging it in gold wrapping paper with a Fintificate of Authenticity and calling it the BomberBar? Each lucky recipient of their new BomberBar could find a surprise inside their package. Who will play the part of Slugworth...will it be Dr. Vist or Baron Von Hangl????
