Bomber: "Name Our New Plate" Contest - Have a Winner!

    We have a winner!

"Mr. E" is now the proud owner of the new Bomber Boiler Plate. We love the name as it takes care of business in so many ways. Congratulations Mr. E, please contact us with your e-mail from your user profile to claim your prize.

    __________________________________________________ __________

Here at Bomber we realize that our customers are some of the smartest and wittiest people around. OK, MOST of our customers are smart and witty. So we want to tap into that talent and see if you can help us name our new plate product. Hey, what else have we all got to do during these summer months?

Submit your name entry in this thread. You can submit as many name idea as you want. At a to be determined time we will select the ones we like and either pick the winner then or put it to a vote on-line. Most likely we will pick it as we don’t trust you guys that much. Probably post the winner around the same time the plate is ready for shipping in the Fall.

The name we select will be the winner and they will get….

    A BOMBER PLATE! *

So don’t wait and enter your name ideas now. We look forward to the talent and creativity that makes community strong…..if not interesting.

Any questions/comments/technical talk on the plate should go to the main thread on this HERE.

    * possibly be a factory second or third. Might technically have dog bite marks on it and smell of old cheese. Warranty completely void if used on snow. Has to be personally picked up at the Bomber factory between the hours of 1-2 am.

Hmm, a two week old post and no one has responded?

Since the "Happy Fun Plate" never went into production, I think that name should still be available. HAPPY FUN PLATE.

The black carbon fiber and low-slung profile makes me think it should be called the:

    Stealth BOMBER Plate

    (...or the Bomber STEALTH Plate)

Here is my 2 cents: The Bomber Minuteman plate.
As it will turn your board into an #$%@ing Cruise Missile Maybe even with the spectacular finish.

I also think it should either be The General or the Bomber Mike Trapp Pro Model Plate....Either way, I believe Mike deserves a large say in the name seeing as this plate wouldn't even be here to name if it wasn't for him....

    Just my opinion!

The B-52. You need to put on a decal of a pinup girl like on the World War II bombers. Something like this: http://cache.gawker.com/assets/image...3478ee64_o.jpg

BTW, kind of interesting, I learned that a synonym for plate is "trencher".

podium carbonplate (Po2CP3) - actually Apex should be using that...

Or podium bycarbonplate (PoHCP3) - great for baking too!
