Wisconsin help

Any one riding in wisconsin, if you see a guy that looks like he could use help please help him out. his name is Mitch, he just started boarding. I took him out one time, he liked it so I gave him an old setup of mine to practice on. he's a great guy and could use some company and pointers.

Northern, Southern, Central, Eastern, Western? What hills does he ride? Not that I'm getting over there this season, but the cheeseheads might do better finding the guy if they knew where to look.

***** yes, it's Wisconsin! As a matter of fact, there is only ONE hill in the whole ***** state... Rib Mountain, just outside of Wausau. Anything else is just a bump or a valley!

Not looking to tick anybody off. Just thought a bit more info on where the guy might be would be helpful.

No worries, mate. I just know what it is like to be "the Lone Rider" in the middle of nowhere.

Recently I was sitting in the bar of my hill, gearing up. A bunch of softbooters go by and I hear in their midst the clomping of what I think to be ski boots. I'm not paying any attention, but I glance down as they go by and see.... A BTS SETUP! WTF??? I'm speechless! Finally, just as they are just about gone around a corner I get out "HEY YOU! Hardbooter! BTS!" And so I met fastskiguy... from 'Chicago'... here in carve-wasteland.

Funny Mitch is also from Chicago. that's the only place close to him.

Send him up to Cascade Mountain! There is a slew of excellent alpine riders that frequent that resort.

Here I am local too. I go to ALpine Valey. Also, just came back from a trip to Devil's Head ANd Cascade - Monday and Tuesday. For our local hills, this was good . Saw just one more hardbooter at Devil's Head

I will be in Beloit, WI Next weekend. What is the best "mountain" around that area to board? I've heard willmont, cascade are good. Will there be anyone around that area that I can say hello to?

Cascades is my vote . Don't even think of Wilmont (actually they are about 70-80 miles apart anyway).
