i got some ex-rays last week with all this neck and upper back pain ive been experiencing all summer. the chiropractor called me the next day and asked if i might have fractured a vertibrate sometime within the last 10 years ??
the x-ray showed bone spurs, and arthritus in the upper back. im going for a second opinion in a couple weeks with a spine and back specialist, that Mojo hooked me up with. actually this week i have felt my best since the winter, but my digger i took at bromley with chappy and anton, definatley brought some old ghosts from AHL pasts out !WHOOOOOO !
just gearing up for my second rodeo on the alter next thursday !

A buddy of mine that is an operator for Joey Vinagro Waste hauling, said there was this GUY wearing a pink hard hat at the Rhode Island Recovery and Recyclying facility yesterday in Johnston RI. I guess the GUY was doing sprints up the side of the landfill with a 75lb weight vest on.

p.s the bullit is on its way back to cali. bent frame, looks like ill be bikeless until mid october, while they figure out a way to pork me more. btw, that was the 1st thing i noticed when they couldn't get the bike to work correctly. 3 sets of rims, numerous brake work to get the load squeeking to go away, chains, casset's, etc, etc. they also wanted me to pay for shipping, gfy!

Hey Ralph Lewis, what are you planning on doing, sending the skiers over the river on the fuh-kin zipline all winter?? Maybe, they can aim some snow guns at the people as they cross for a real winter adventure. He must have not gotten the memo last month, that the South Mountain access road is for SM residnce only. They SM residence just spend over $300,000 in lawyer fee's to put a gate to block the rest of the community from using there south mountain road and bridge ??
I wonder if there will be budget cuts, to pay for the temp bridge ? Proabably less snow making every where on the mountain except for the pahk !
