    steve latimer !!

its been like the steve latimer scene from the football movie "the program" in the weight room this week for big duke 6. after getting dragged around camp glenn all saturday morning, then getting my a$$ kicked on LITTLE sqaum in the afternoon and the biggest disapointment from saturday, was my effort at the bitta end, where i usually seperate myself from the pack. i passed out in my chair within minutes of my guests leaving. my apologies go out to all who expect more from me! im sorry i feel shame.

so i started doing 2 a day's on monday. i go real heavy in the mornings either doing lower body, upper body or my core muscles excersises. then at night i head back to the gym. i wheel the spin bike into the steam room, and go for a 45min high intensity ride, in my umass greys and tuik to make sure all the fat is off by novemba. then i end every night doing abs for 45mins before bed. all of this is in conjunction with 150 grams of protien, 50 grams of creatine, 2 muscle milks, 8 hydroxy cut's, 4 redbulls, 1 gallon of h2o, 1 packet of gnc mega men "sport" multi vitamin, 6 joint flex caps, 12 egg whites, 3 diet pepsi's, 2 fiber bars, and some H/G/H eye drops. this obviously is not my first rodeo!

and just an fyi, most of my guests that are making the trek past the state line for oktoba fest with me can do one handed push ups in their sleep. those will be a big factor with the judges on oktoba 11th. so start thinking abouty it now!

    big duke 6 suspends himself

    t32 members,
the bitter end ba has been double booked for oktoba fest weekend. my place on the food chain isn't excactly at the head of the table. all rooms have been filled and, i will not be in attendance.

i will suspend myself from all team activities thru the end of the 2008 calender year. unless the t32 commitee feels like further fines or penalties should be dished out.

    Looch....
it's not like we can demote you to the jv squad or even the 4th line. we have just enough fellas to be competitive with 1 line and an extra set of blue liners. wtf...spoon the NSR & sleep in your Thule box in the garage!! it's crunch time...we may be headed to da Rivah in just 5 weeks (fingers crossed). I tink a solid penalty for that infraction will be first lightning rounds in the bunyan & 2 days worth of exclusive gondi/chairlift rides with kamakamakamakenzie.

bv update...topsheets have been selected and boards should be shipped asap.

    vid

Since TGR, Warren Miller, Matchstick, Travis Rice, etc are all premiering movies, I figured it was time for T32 to finally enter the ski porn industry. The quality ain't HD b/c it was all from my point & shoot, but heck it's not too bad for using MS MovieMaker and uploading to YouTube. Most of the footage is from Loon with a couple clips from WV and I snuck in one segment from JH. Riders are Polaris, JD, Stevo, & me.

    nitwhit

i forgot about that meat gate run, that day was nasty, rain, sleet, death cookies, fog, GLEB, ice, sugar piles, etc, etc! but cutting off those two nitwhits made my day! i wish you got her on the video freakin out.

btw, while you were farting around all day saturday making carvporn, i was pulling 3 a days in the mountains on exit 32. i even started this week out in the gym, with a 55 minute spin bike ride in the sauna and my mazuno sweat suit. nothin but heavy weights the rest of the week, with every suppliment that they make under the sun, going into my body.

JD, glad to hear that you are working out, but I didn't see any mention of calf raises, both you and Enzo need to get on them, that was a poor showing on the B Room deck last spring. We went out for a lunch time ride yesterday and the weather was perfect, when are you coming up for another tryout? It has been a while since the first two tryout sessions, that we are starting to think that they were just freak substance inhanced efforts. You need to come up and prove that you are the real deal.

polaris and i were just talking about the out-west trip for this winta, were going to start planning that soon. let me know if you come across any good deals on passes, room and board etc, etc. cant wait to make some turns with ya, its been a while since the backflip, are you up to it? as far as njb goes, that prick has moved to north carolina, he would come but it has to work out with his top secret 007 james bond schedule. what pass are you getting for the year? i love going to copper, because i dont spend half the time looking for good runs. i know were the action is at there. but let me know what else would work for cheap.

btw glenn, i did calf raises today for 2.5hrs! they probably wont even fit into my boots there getting so huge. my legs would be good if i were a chick, but they are awful. not as bad as enzo's, but still pretty bad.

I will have my pass at lovey again this season but will pick up a couple tix for copper if you all go there again. I haven't ridden there since we all trained together, almost 6 years now.

As for the backflip, I landed one in softies 2 years ago http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rhVfdVReX0U at lovey. Now I want to do it on the duece after repairs. I haven't done one in HBs since long before I met you.

Cool, walking is fun. Seeing them figure out how to balance is pretty neat.

Kai is BMX'n and skateboarding quite a bit and told me that he wants to "ride the thing that takes me to the top of Loveland". I said that he will need to ride down then and he is up for that. I can't wait!

Definately keep me informed and "hey" to reamus and his brother (chris?).

    Coiler 176AM T

The new Coiler 176AM T arrived today. It is the Coiler Red (more orange than red) with gost Coiler logo. It looks like a fun ride. I am praying for some early coverage so I can give it a try. I am now ready for snow, bring it on!

Sorry it took me so long to get these posted up, I was busy puttting more Madonna songs on my Ipod. You can't see the gost coiler in the pic, it is real faint in person. The nose picture shows the decamber in the nose It is flat for 2.75" and the board has a little less than .5" of camber. The hand flex feels good, not soft and not super stiff, more uniform than the Kessler (very stiff in the tail). See you guys soon.

I remember that run. I can be one of your biggest obstacles out there. I'm the reason you guys are as good as you are.

btw, squatting 250 now, and still working up. Lunging like crazy (you could bounce quarters off my ass), slalom skateing everyday, oiling up my Hestra golves, patching up the holes in my pants...I think I'm almost ready for some snow.

Glenn, sweet ride. I didn't know you liked Madonna too. We have much to talk about.

The Madonna comment was a inside joke, it seems one of the true T32 team riders is a fan.

oh i figured it was an inside joke. I have all her stuff. You should see my room. I even got her super collectors secret special edition "Like a Virgin" album. My Zune is gagging.

I don't know if I'm actually a T32 rider. I never attempted one of the initiation challenges: the penis tug-o-war. I think I'm gonna stay clear of that one.
