Ride bike more, builds up the calves
I ride a Rossi World Cup 190 cm and I am at 185 lbs currently and can bend the Rossi into some tight arcs at my weight. Just have to commit to the carve and not slarve. Get that board in and out of...
Nice footage Arclite! We're you able to get the butt crack Go Pro mount functional for SES? You've got all the other angles covered!
Where are you in California? I would suggest finding out where the other riders/carvers are and ride with them. People who are experienced can quickly point out any flaws in your technique quickly. ...
When you say 'suspension' are you referring to the front and rear shock or all the rear pivots? Like Allee suggests its best to have some knowledgable person rebuild the front and rear shock but as...
Sad news. Hope she will come storming back for 2013-2014 and the Olympics!
Ten dollars?
Unbelievable! I can't believe he hides and waits to screw with you guys. Get a life angry skier! Is he the resort cop?
looks like great conditions for your event, glad you all had fun. My question is, did you have any irate skiers yelling at you for tearing up the runs this year? That was comical last year!
Very nice Sage! Nice photoshop!
I don't think so unless it shifted on the hill from me overpowering the cant screws and king pin that Catek bindings use. I will check it out tonight
Great day on the slopes with all the other carvers! Good times! Felt good to be on the Prior 4WD. I havent been on that board for a time
The banquet is a MUST DO! No questions asked. I scored a set of bindings there along with a second board kit, wax and scrapers. All for the price of ?? I dont' remember the price as it has been...
I ride a dual sport. I like to take it into the back country to find hidden creeks and streams to fly fish!
In this pic, the road ended abruptly!

I wear mine 24/7 after being knocked unconscious and left for dead while on a road bike ride. I was riding a bike path and had a pedestrian decide he wanted to be on the opposite side of the path...
Awesome story, glad to see that you were able to recover your property due to the due diligence of fellow carvers here on BOL. Kind of gives me a warm fuzzy feeling thinkng that BOL members go to...
If I can mustard the energy I mayo go up both weekends!
speaking with CarvingChef the other day he will be there along with Arclite on the 6th but for the rest of us we can move it to the following weekend. I have a pass so I am flexible to any of the...
I opt for moving it to the following weekend. Snow Summit is selling out on the weekends during the holidays. I wouldn't want people to come up only to be told "no tickets available".
It might be more crowded than years past as most schools will still be on Christmas break on the day of ASSES. Another thought is traffic going down the mtn maybe horrendous on Sunday afternoon
nice score on the 4x4 metal discs Lamberto! I missed it by a few minutes! Got any more 4x4 discs Ironbird, binding or cant?
My allegiance is to Snow Summit as they are the closest resort for me. I like that they have some nice groomers without any features on them that carvers can enjoy. Chair 7 and 10 areas are great...
starcarver, how long have you been carving? If you are starting out or have a few runs in hardboots I might have a board for you. It is a Burton Coil, 172cm. It is an all mountain shape, rounded...
Just clicked on how to setup TD3s. While Fin explains it nicely the captioning at the bottom leaves you questioning some of the steps!

Let me jump in here also. I have a Burton Coil also, size is 172cm. It is a sold blue in color. Hasn't been used for a few years. I kept it around so my friends could try an alpine board but only...
