They had short track roller skating? And it wasn't called "roller derby?"
Road racing was better in the dirty tricks department, but cyclocross beats that.
Is anyone watching this right now? They are breaking down the technique of the Korean skater and how he takes corners. I am wondering, is there something that we as carvers can take away from this?...
I have a set of Catek Olympic SI's (short plate) and am wondering if anyone out there wants to trade their TD2's (SI or regular) for my Cateks? Stupid question I know, but I thought I would throw...
I went home for lunch today because I sold one of my old boards with freestyle bindings on it and when he was checking out the one I was selling, he saw my Doneks on the wall in the other room and...
Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiujitsu seems to be working pretty well for me this season. I have a lot more leg strength and endurance. Except when I get caught in a sloppy knee-bar.
Huge thanks to Phil for organizing it and to everyone else who helped set this up. I think there were a total of 26 people today which has got to be some sort of record. I had an absolute blast today...

Cool! Looks like I need to come out to Squaw.
I am a Captain in the Army (O-3) and work at the Pentagon, building math models and doing statistical analysis. I live right behind Arlington Cemetery and get a daily reminder of the consequences of...
my dog Dudley. I set up a webcam so I can keep an eye on him when I am out of the house. The attached picture was from yesterday morning.
If you are trying to set up an online store, and don't have a lot of experience building sites, I'd definitely pay someone to put one together for you properly, or use one of the template sites like...
Are you talking about Content Management Software (CMS)?
I use Textpattern and I love it. You can do damn near anything with it and it's simple and clean. I...
Oops. I accidentally posted twice on there... please feel free to remove one of them.
I ride plates on an Incline 150.
Hey bud,
Glad to hear Holly is doing well. I knew she would... no soldier would go down without a fight, and if it didn't kill her instantly, I knew she'd be fine. That's what Marines do. That's...
Scott,
I was so shocked to wake up and read this. It's always horrible to hear about this kind of thing happening to someone you know.
Please know that I wish her the best and for a speedy...
It's very obvious that people's riding styles are very different just by reading the way they describe it. You are right...
Again, I see the Zen of carving. You don't learn by being instructed,...
