I am on the mountain most thursdays and saturdays.

butt ass cold. ten below zero at the summit and blowing 40 -50 miles an hour.
one run day. hero snow though unravished groom everywhere

Had a warm spell and thought the spring snow conditions would set in. It has been snowing the last three days and conditions could hardly be better this time of year. yesterday was fresh groom with just enough new snow to fill the grooves. flat out hero conditions for carving. the back country had 4-6 inches of fresh and Hellroaring basin was doable with the softer setups. all around fantastic conditions for the time of year.
