For my forearms, I just use a soccer shin guard. I just strap it to my arm, and wear it under my clothes.

I was really looking for either a Conquest hindged shin,knee, thigh gaurd for my left leg. Also I remember seeing some really sick arm and leg armour made possible by Swix, Designed by Mike Kildavald, a long time ago and would love to find that set up.

you might want to check out "the race place" and "reliable racing" for gate training armor.. although most of the stuff they have is geared towards skiers.. it could be useful in your case.
