streaming audio rippers?

I'd like to DL/rip from streaming audio/web radio. Anyone here have any favorite/recommended apps for hi-quality audio?

I use audio hijack, records to AIFF then you just encode in itunes

So if I go to say 1xtra, I can just copy the file somehow?
