I'm sorry I don't have a camera by me, but I've got a bad space between the heel and the plastic of the boot. Its only like 5 or 6 mmish, but I don't think its a very good thing.
I'm guessing this is bad, right? The t-bolt is probably stripped :(.
Not to mention the fact that this happened by merely pushing on the boot in the binding when I was setting it up - its not like it happened out on the slopes with lots of pressure :(.

Make sure that the boots in fact do have T-nuts, some of them don't, I think it was SB-124's for one.

According to this post here, in contradicts what someone else said (I'll take Fin's word over them however).

It would seem like I'm going to be rethreading a bit this weekend :(.

Did you use the bolts that came with the heels or the ones that were on the standard heel?
If you used the bolts in the standard heel you'll have a space. You need to use the bolts that came with the Intec heels.

Yet if I try to pound those suckers in they won't fit - there's a finite amount of space :(.
Anyhow, not to mention the fact that the inserts are cast within the shell according to a post by Fin. So I can't remove the old ones without seriously destroying the boot...
