How stiff is this board. My buddy is about 6' and weighs 175. He jst starte racing about two months ago.

It's reasonably stiff maybe 7.5 on a 10 scale, especially if you are just starting out. I think the ideal weith for this deck would be 165-205 lbs
The great thing about the Madd's is the rubber in the nose , which allows for
easy turn innitiation, The board then flexes progressivly thru the tail.
The other thing is the torsion fork whick keeps the deck in the snow.
Many say it helps make an average carver a Good Carve, because it holds
when others jump.
At least that what I felt when testing for Madd.
