Rusty is Down!

Just received news that fellow hard boot brother, Rusty, had a spill at Sugarbush. He is recovering at Central VT Medical. The results of his high speed tour of the trees include, Fractures of both Wrists, Sternum, Ribs, Hip and Pelvis. He was wearing his lid and suffered no head trauma. I'm sure he will be on the forum soon to tell us about his adventure!

Trees. I love riding in the tree, but I admit it's real hairy to ride in it, esp the fact tree aren't soft as they -seem- to be.

Rusty has been moved from VT to his home town and is awaiting surgery on both his wrists. His spirts are high and he is jonesing to ride!

Is Rusty the same Russ from nashua? I know how it feels to be down for the count, its no fun at all, its too bad it was early in the season. Anybody see it/know why and how it happened. Plus a bit of insight: If he broke both wrists, how is he going to type his war story for us? We need to send him a secrerary! I can see it now: "Joanie! Take a memo!"
