Was at Loveland, CO last weekend in 12"+ of fresh snow. The guy behind me in line had a Nidecker 183 carve board -- one on each foot! Standard ski bindings holding him in.

He's got dual 195s; he's got dual factory primes; he's got the dual 183s. Said the flotation was really good in powder, but the set up didn't work so well on groomers.

Very amusing.

jack -- no lie. this guy was for real. i didn't stick around to watch his turns, but i know he bought both nideckers from Fin.

I've considered riding two people on two boards like a tandem ski setup. maybe this year if I can convince a second.

Which begs the question: will Fin have a tandem snowboard available for use during the SES? Like this one:

that setup looks like it would be prety brutal on your knees
