How bad does it suck in Vermont

Boy am I glad I didnt get a house in Vermont this season.
It must be Ugly. How bad is it??
Yes its January and I have not been on a Real Hill yet :(

I went to Smuggs last weekend it wasn't bad.
you would have thought that someone would have mentioned that there are no high speed lifts there.

SMUGGLERS NOTCH SUCKS ! the snow wasn't bad though

I am glad that I didnt buy the threedom pass this year.

Yeah last weekend before 5 days of warm temps and rain. I guess we must pay for last seasons great snow

I can see that it would for hard booting, but it's a great mountain for skis. Doc Dempsey's after a good dumping and it's all bumped up.... hold it ... gotta wipe a tear away ...

I started skiing there young and earned my first leg cast there at age 6 so I have a soft spot for it despite it's lack of good carve-friendly terrain. And being an old guy, the old-speed chairs let my legs last well into the day :-)
