I am not familiar with the mini bindings but I have seen the bails reversed in the heel and toe blocks and the blocks reinstalled reversed on the raceplates to fit a too small boot. hope this helps!

Thanks Doug. I got it to work with Burton Race plates. Only problem will be if he learns to actually lean it over all the way (not likely since he's 9). The bindings hang over the edge of the board, but it works.
