He is just starting out on plates this season. He is a great skiier and has ridden only a couple times. So a forgiving board in the 160 to 170 range would be good
What do you guys have for him. Help a carving brother out :biggthump

I dont think a Nasty 18cm board would do him good.

no, probably not :)

the reason I asked is that I still have the MLY 167. Its definitely more of an AM type board with a 22cm waist, approx 10.5m scr...medium stiff, round tail, longer nose. it carves beautifully though, but doesnt feel skittish

lookin to get $175 for it. I only rode it about 10 days, then had a base structure put on it and didnt ride it anymore.

I've got 1 in 163cm left if you think it would be good for him. From what they're telling me about the flex on these, they're fairly soft but snappy. I'm also considering parting with my 2002 ltd Oxy in 170cm. It's in great shape and I'd let it go for $150 or so. Let me know....

hAVE A HOT (SPOT) 162 WITH BURTON SNAP-IN BINDINGS,
THIS BOARD HAS BARELY BEN RIDDEN. BELONGED TO WIFE.
$200 WITH BINDINGS BOARD CAN SENT PICS IF INTERESTED.
