Does anyone have spare, aftermarket RAB springs for sale? I'm talking about the longer, softer ones that are used for the RAB mod.

Thanks,

HK

skategoat,

One excellent source for springs is www.centuryspring.com (http://www.centuryspring.com). They have so many springs it will make you dizzy. Be VERY carefull when you selct springs and pay big attention to the "recommended max spring compresion height". Most people I see use a spring that they then mash to a solid constantly during use. This makes the spring take a "set" and get weaker and shorter over time.

As a side note (OK, shamless plug ;) ) we will have our Bomber Spring System available this Fall. Forward and reverse springs with tons of adjustments and spring options. I would say look for it in November just to be safe.

I know this has been in the works. Fin, any estimates on how much this system will cost? Will this work with Raichle SB series as well?

Kirk,

No final numbers on price at this time. And, yep, will work on the SB series as well. Great thing about Raichle/Deeluxe most of the parts are interchangable on all the models and has been for the past 10+ years. :biggthump

Fin, I just found out you were working on your own springs. I can wait. Not much snow around here before November and I'd rather not learn by trial and error.

Cool, didn't realize Bomber was going to get into the spring boot modding action. I got into boot tweaking over at ECing's site.

Looking forward to what kind of product you guys come out with! :biggthump
