Jeffnstepahnie, that price is for the rear binding only, It comes with the step in heel and a new toe bail and some longer screws. I ordered a stepin kit from Catek and it came with both sep in heels and toe bails. I only used one though, I don't need to have a step in in the front. Catek stepin kit is actually less expensive than the TD kit and you get hardware for both bindings.
