Hello - is anyone riding at snowbird UT? How is the snow - Is it worth a trip out west? I had a broken ankle and just got the Dr.'s ok to do some out door sports again(what a long winter) - This would be the only time I get to ride untill next season...

Any other places out west still open with good snow?

Is it worth taking a carving board - I don't think my ankle would take any soft boot riding at this point, But I know I can ride with my hard boots - I had them on last night in the living room!

THANKS!

I would go to Mammoth Mountain in CA myself! I can't speak from experience, but they just got over 12" earlier this week!!! According to the tell tail web-site! We'll have to let some of the local carvers fill us in! I've heard that the carving is better than the freeriding right now anyways! I've been sooo tempted to plan a trip myself!
DO IT! DO IT! Do it for us poor slobs that haven't carved in a month so we can live vicariously through you my brother!
Sorry, I got a little out of control!
