Just a couple of weeks left on Mike's excellent offer... I had two of my boards done and have to say Mike's work is just super! He did a great job of correcting the abuse that my local yahoos comitted when I ask them for a base grind. Don't trust your equipment to idiots -- get Mike to give some some great TLC...

Complete renovation and reinstallation of base and side edge angles guaranteed to exceed factory edge tolerances
Does this mean they actually replace the edges and base?
That is a great value if it is.

Seems to me they are just resetting edge bevels, but it is oddly worded. Seems boards would be cheaper considering they don't need to remove and re-install the bindings. But I'm a cheap bastid.

Yep. It sounds like "reinstallation of base and side edge angles guaranteed to exceed factory edge tolerances " would mean replacement. I have a couple dozen old well used boards with "Fatal" edge damage that I might consider putting 95$ plus shipping one way to completely replace edges and base. The only way to meet factory edge tolerances would be to replace them? Some of the early race boards in the collection could use a rebuild to restore them to rideable condition.
