Have you tried Dan Yoja's site yet? He does seem to respond fairly fast to emails. Use your search site and look up UPS boots (I don't remember his site address right now)

All ups boots come with those heels. You might check postings in the forum to see who has a pair. If they bought Intec step-in bindings, they have spare heels somewhere. I gave mine away last season or I'd send them to you.
