Quick adjust Good light weight beginer carver plates. Don't remeber the model. Three and four hole disks $50 plus shipping.

Those are 1997 Performance plates. It has a plastic covered aluminium base. The toe and heel blocks are held by rivets, not screws, so they are not removable, only adjusted with the notch system.

Are these still for sale? Are there any canting/lifting options available with these?

I have the same and when I bought them new,they did not come with any cant, so I bought one separately. It might be the same for this guy. And since the toe and heel blocks are riveted, no canting with shims.
