These boots have been only been used for 8 days and are in great condition - I just bought them too big. The 413s are a great soft-flex hardboot, ideal for beginners or lightweights. They don't come with the moldable liners, however the standard liners are well made, complete with top powder strap, and will keep your feet warm and comfy. $60 OBO.
