I have two very nice 2002 Speed Boards one is a 158 and the other is a very nice 161 the speed seems to be a synthesis of the Factory Prime and the Ultra-Prime..........the Race plates are brand new never used or bolted to a board even.....
i will let either board go for $150. and the plates for another $75.00...I like to drill the front footplate and fit it with the Eric Bekman lifts....watch ebay for boots i think there was some WIND's on there this week.....they are nice boots.........:D

I have a Factory Prime 178cm in very good condition. Not sure the year, but has the yellow topsheet. Base is excellent , some scratching on the topsheet, can email photos if you are interested. Looking for $100.00

I've got a Burton Factory Prime in a 167 and a pair of Burton Race Plates on eBay right now. I also have a pair of high end tecnica skiboots for sale there too, I used to use them as hardboots for SnowBoarding, they have only been used 6x and would fit you.

I also have a pair of used Raichle 224 hardboots in a 31.0, they are a softer model which may bode well for you as a beginner, but they may be a bit big for you. They are not on eBay. Here's a photo:

28.5(as close to as a US mens 11 that you can get) they are from the last year they were made that would be 02 or 03
no liner the liners that came with the burton boots after 01 was junk
you could either pop a thermoflex in there or some skiboot liners that would be up to you
I have some intec heels on them now but I have the regular heels too
with intec I want $100 without 70 or so plus shipping that would be around 15 bucks

the flads do break and they are hard to come by so that helps make them worth while
