Is there anyway i can adjust the cant on my Raichle 123 boots?

You mean the boot cuffs? Loosen the cuffs (allen bolt on sides) and move as you feel the need. There is a toothed adjuster in between the cuff and bottom of the boot. Be warned, if you want to remove 'em they are staked in place inside, and you'll need replacement bolts to put it all together again.
