I want to head up this Sunday; does anyone know what the conditions are like? What kind of base they have? Is it worth going?

I went up today, sat. and it was ok in the early morn., it got seriously bumped up and run down in the late morn. don't even try to stay around in the afternoon. Base was minimal, but there was fairly good coverage on most all sections of trail, except for the "skidder rest stops". there were quite a fe trails open on K1, a few on snowdon too, i think. Oh and there were about a million people.
