well... the lot and the entire resort is on "top"

they can only use about 1000 worth of vert...

Beech is actually the highest resort in the easteren US (5K+)... there's a lot of potential.... but.....the whole climate thing screws it up... :D

No...Its been out of business for about 10 years. Beautiful home lots fore sale up there, and pretty sweet houses being built.
