View Full Version : Xmas Eve & Buck Hill - A Holiday Tradition!

'twas the morning before xmas, when all through the house, not a creature was stirring....

because they were all at buck hill ripping turns with the cool kids! :biggthump

gramma, your annoying parents, and all your other relatives can wait! come out and play on friday morning. they're usually only open from 9 -1, but i can't find the holiday hours on their website... which makes me a little worried that i'll be pissing off the relatives even more because i won't be leaving at 1 like usual. ;)

start rescheduling your stuff now so you can be at buck for the morning.

At least biannually. Looking forward to getting to ride with my fellow midwesterners. (sp?)

I'll see if I can make it. We might be getting more snow on Thursday depending on which way the wind blows, literally, so maybe there will be some really nice groom. If I do go, I will be doing the 9-12 early bird special for $20.

The Early Bird Ticket will be the only ticket available, and will be valid until 1pm (closing time).

 amen to that! seems what a lot of parents use it for anyways. i loved having kids who were kicking and screaming that they didn't want to be there. parents were gone shopping, so i'd put them inside with some cookies and juice, and let them wait for the lesson to end (with supervision).

my van has a dvd player too, so you can always lock them in my car. i've got plenty of disney / pixar movies already there too! probably some granola bars and animal crackers ready as well.

Sorry I missed everybody at buck. I overslept, the saw the six inches of new and got lazy. I'm sure I missed a good time. If anyone is headed to afton today, keep an eye out for me. I could use a guide.
