These are in perfect shape, hardly any wear. Come with yellow elast's and yellow suspension. I have 2 3deg bases and 2 6deg bases. You pick the combo you want. $199 + $20 shipping in the US.

Sorry, no, bought them as Step-Ins so I never got the rear bails. Good Luck.
