Low mileage and in great shape. Purchased fall of 2008, have about 8 hours on them total. All the little pieces, instructions and etc are included. There is a ratchet release on one of the straps that is annoying but not a functional issue. These are medium plates. Asking $350.00 plus shipping. Shipping to US and Canada only.
