topsheet nick repair

hey guys, so I was digging out the gear for a season of carving, and upon closer inspection I came to find a nick in the topsheet of my RT173. Its near the tail on the heelside. About as long as a nickel is wide and only a few millimetres wide. how might I seal it to prevent delamination before I jump on in in the next couple of weekends?

if you only need to seal the topsheet to keep water out, use clear nail polish

if there is any damage beyond the nick to the topsheet, use epoxy
