If you are ever in the Bay Area check out Armadillo Willy's (http://www.armadillowillys.com/), it's a local chain that has some pretty good BBQ in my mind (although it doesn't sport the fried okra like Redbones. I like the Texas and baby back ribs there.

There's a guy in Utah that knows what Red Bones is too....

We USED TO have a local BBQ company here in UT called Red Bones, however, they had to quit using the name... Don't know if it's because of the Red Bones in Btown (I assume it was,) but someone, somewhere else forced them legally to change their name. They do have pretty good BBQ though...
