I have a pair of Phiokka SIs. I bought them here last year and used them once. They are in pretty good shape and are an all metal binding. I think I paid $100 +shipping and would be looking for the same back. Prices in Cdn$ for Canadians and US$ for anywhere else. Paypal preferred, open to offers.
