Never really had an opp. to get caught on film. Tried this w-end. This one was ok but not having an slr camera, really hard to capture.

This was my "decision" day to keep or ditch the Phantom. After several rides this season, playing with binding angles, cants, different disc plates, it felt normal, comfortable. It is different for me as I'm used to quick, snappy and turny but once I let it go, trusted edge pressure, focused on body posture and transition, it was fun. However, that mother is heavy. Or maybe I was beat up from too many Switchback's the nite before:freak3: but when I went back to the old FP173, I felt like I had balsa wood on my feet. I'm keeping it and getting a Schtubby but I liked that other nickname better.....the Schlong..whoever that was

is it just me....or is it ironic that there is a caution sign....that tells you what the EASIEST run down the mountain is?

Some of the front sections are steep and with the thaw-refreeze effect, it can make your butt pucker but not that tough. You may skid a few turns though
