Will entertain new and used.

Rob:
I'm in Toronto too. Thinking about getting a wakeboard. I would be a total newbie but figure it's a good summer carving fix. Where do you ride (wakeboards)?

I have a Carveboard and am just getting the hang of it. I'm not sure about longboarding but would be willing to give it a shot. Top speed bombing runs are not for me though. I'm 42 and fragile. I like the Carveboard because it's controllable.
Where do you skate? I'll meet up with you sometime.

Henry:
I am 40 myself and the level of control in a longboard skateboard is very similar to a carving snowboard.
I am also doing a lot of slalom on a skateboard - running through complex courses of cones.
I am based in Leaside (Bayview and Eglinton).
There is a group of longboarders that get together every other week - next ride is Sunday, June 27, 2004 - send an e-mail to Tom Browne (tbrowne@goodmedia.com) and he will send you all the details.
All the best,
Rob

If it doesn't interfere with my plans to slay a few pike up in Muskoka, I will be there.
