I understand it says 170+ lbs but how much do you weigh and how does it feel for you(soft, stiff)? as a 200 lb rider would it be very soft for me?

Sorry, no help on this one. I have a 160 SL at home, which I bought well used and have ridden exactly once. I'll check the stiffness index and report back, but don't listen to anything I say about SL boards because I suck at riding them.

I've got a 164 with a 7.4 stiffness. I run 170# and it's fine for me.
