Hey Guys, I'm looking for any interesting stories, ideas, tips you might have for carving fitness, nutrition, health, rehab etc etc. Do you have any special secrets for how to get in shape or the best snack to carry on the lift? Please Share.

I like to have one of the camelpacks on. Helps keep you hydrated during those long days.

staying hydrated with just a camelback full of water (50 oz i think) definitely helped me ride longer. i also usually chomp on some kind of energy bar. enough sleep the night before helps me too.

Whatever you do, bring your own food.
A cooler-bag and a big thermos are investments that pay for themselves obscenely quickly at just about any ski hill...
at least here in the northeast.
