Catek OS1 adjustments

I just bought a set of OS1's and looking for help on how the h#%% do you you know what degrees your setting to? I was using a set of TD1's with a 3 degree in the rear. I can eye ball it but wondering if someone has a better way..

no problem, I used that for the first year until I got to the point where I was tuning to how my knees felt and then just quit playing with them
