Good luck finding anything that cheap that's still reliable. I got a good entry-level boot for $130 USD from Dave at yyzcanuck.com. Might want to try him out, see if he has any.

Ive got a pair of Burton Earth 28s. Used three times
$100 plus.
The liner has a power strap, and they actually run kinda small, so theyd probably fit. Im a 27.5 and these fit me.
if you have super wide feet I wouldnt recommend them

I've got an old pair of Raichle 123's, size 27 that may work for you.
Or, and even OLDER pair of UPS / Aigner day-glo, also size 27 (EUR 42).
If you're at all interested, let me know. I can get you into either pair within your budget.
Neither pair are top o' the line, but probably better than ski boots.
