Are you sure those are carriers? My understanding is that carriers are all plastic. (I've never seen a pair) I think I see a pinch of aluminum there. I might be wrong. If there is aluminum, I believe they are performance, much better bindings.

Look like performance bindings to me.
Carriers have a heel clip like Tele bindings.
Or if they aren't step ins, but still are Carriers, the seller is likely female, and therefore not heavy enough to have broken the poor things yet.
Aaaand did a search, this is from the Almanac
The Burton Performance bindings look like the Carrier bindings, but the toe/heel pieces each have a single screw in the middle of a lever that keeps them in place. You loosen the screw, then you can flip the lever up to adjust the fore/aft position.

Burton Race Plates.
They have the toe and heel plates secured by screws.
The Carrier bindings are secured by a plastic clip that is requires a coin to twist and move.

You're right Ace. Screwed bail blocks. Replaceable bails. Are those the carbon ones? Great deal for $90. UP for 2 bills? I dunno. Bought my beat but very ridable Coiler PRWC for $150
